Online is a different problem

Offline, timing is stable. Online, it is not — lobby load, connection quality and matchmaking all shift the response. A script that scores well offline and poorly online has an adaptation problem, not a tuning problem, and no amount of slider work will fix it.

Rec Center

The heaviest load of the three and the best stress test. Expect the largest offline-to-online delta here. Prioritise consistency over ceiling: a setting that greens 8 of 10 reliably beats one that greens 10 of 10 in ideal conditions and 4 of 10 in a full lobby.

Park

Smaller lobbies, more off-dribble creation. This is where off-dribble and fade coverage matters most, and where scripts with narrow Rhythm coverage are most obviously exposed.

Pro-Am

The most stable of the three and the closest to offline behaviour, which makes it the wrong place to validate a script. Validate in Rec, then play Pro-Am with confidence.

A note on depth
